Service Description

This Eastern approach massage centres on Ayurvedic principles working on both the physical and energetic body. The massage is usually performed seated and works physically with the upper back, neck, arms, shoulders, face and scalp, whilst energetically working with your chakras and marma points. This combination relaxes muscles; headaches, eye strain and sinus tension can be eased, and calming of the sympathetic nervous system, reduces stress and anxiety.
