Service Description

Reflexology is an ancient Eastern practice that uses touch therapy to promote deep relaxation, stress relief, and encourages your body to optimise health. The theory behind reflexology is that all the systems and organs of the body can be mapped onto the feet (and other areas of the body) in a complete microcosm. Here at the garden room you can have the reflex points of your feet stimulated in order to support the whole body, mind and spirit. Price includes consultation.

Cancellation Policy

Please give 48 hours notice of cancellation where possible. Unfortunately due to the increasing volume of cancellations and appointments not attended, there will be a charge for cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment. Failing to attend an appointment will carry a fee of the full treatment cost.
