Service Description

Swedish massage uses a series of movements to ease tension in the soft tissues and revive the muscles; deeper tissue and trigger point therapy can be utilised for more stubborn areas of tension. In addition to relieving tired and weary muscles, massage can be deeply relaxing, soothing the mind as well as the body. Price includes consultation.

Cancellation Policy

Please give 48 hours notice of cancellation where possible. Unfortunately due to the increasing volume of cancellations and appointments not attended, there will be a charge for cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment. Failing to attend an appointment will carry a fee of the full treatment cost.
